Gregory Todd

Chairman

        Gregory Todd is a highly experienced Private Investigator, Bail Bond Agent, and Executive Protection Specialist with more than four decades of service in the investigations and security profession. His career spans undercover operations, corporate loss prevention, executive protection, bail enforcement, and large-scale security management. Gregory began his career in the 1970s as an undercover investigator, supporting Fortune 500 companies across retail, medical chains, supermarkets, drug stores, and the hospitality sector. His early work in loss prevention and counterfeit investigations established a strong foundation in complex, high-risk investigative environments. During the 1980s, he transitioned into workers’ compensation investigations and domestic surveillance, conducting thousands of investigative hours focused on fraud detection and evidentiary documentation. His work was consistently recognized for accuracy, discretion, and adherence to professional standards. In the 1990s, Gregory was recruited by the Fair Housing Agency in Florida, where he investigated Title VII violations related to housing discrimination, homeowner insurance practices, and public accommodations. His investigative contributions supported the largest discrimination settlement in the nation at the time—$3.4 million. Gregory has held senior leadership roles, including Security Manager for Sun Manufacture and Fisher Island, where he supervised 32 security officers and managed a $1.5 million operational budget. His training includes riot and crowd control, executive and VIP protection, evidence gathering, and critical incident response. In addition to operational leadership, Gregory has served as an Instructor of Principles of Investigations at City College, contributing to the professional development of future investigators. He has also worked as a Bail Recovery Agent, conducting fugitive apprehensions in compliance with all legal and procedural requirements. Currently licensed in the State of Florida, Gregory holds the following credentials: Florida Private Investigator License (Class C) Concealed Weapons Permit (CWP) Statewide Firearm License (Class G) Florida Bail Bond Agent License Certified K9 Drug Detection Handler His education includes Police Science, Investigations & Loss Prevention, Tactical and Crowd Control Training, and Conflict Resolution, along with U.S. Marine Corps training in Radio & Electronic Communication Intelligence. A former Marine with a Government Secret Security Clearance, Gregory was honorably discharged as an Expert Marksman (M16) with a Good Conduct Medal. Gregory Todd remains committed to advancing professionalism, ethical conduct, and operational excellence within the security industry.
